Roofing
We are able to offer all aspects of roof weatherproofing, repairs and renovation, from asphalt and felt roofs, along with tiled and slate roof work. We offer full roof replacement, re-pointing and guttering work.
We also have recently trained in the new GRP Fibreglass flat roofing system which has revolutionised the way we treat flat roofs. It is the most adaptable and highest specification Roofing system from our range of roof coverings. Fibreglass roofs offer a much better value for money solution than traditional flat roofing materials such as felt and other bitumen based products that may only last a few years.
New Build
Over the years JP Carpentry & Building have completed work for many of the UK's premier new home developers including Laing, George Wimpey, Taylor Woodrow, Persimmons, Charles Church and Fairview Homes.
The images in the gallery are of a vast four bed roomed bungalow which was constructed on the sight of an old slaughterhouse in Crockenhill in Kent. This new build had a huge timber roof constructed by us by hand.
Loft Conversion
Loft conversions are becoming more and more popular these days, especially within today's current economic climate. Why spend all that money on stamp duty and the general costs of moving to gain an extra bedroom when you can create extra space by utilising your existing roof area?
Garage Build
A new brick build garage can be added to allow you extra storage/another room. The example attached was built at the bottom of one of our client's garden (in Bexleyheath) and is both a useful and attractive addition.
