We gradually introduce simple phonic and number work incorporating activities and games, rhymes etc meanwhile developing motor skills.
Classroom activities are integrated into the nursery day for our three and four year olds. We have CD Rom computers. The reading scheme in operation is the Oxford Reading Tree, the most popular scheme in the UK. The core subjects of the National Curriculum - English, Maths and Science are addressed in the various classroom activities and an awareness of European languages is incorporated into the curriculum.
